Financial Aid and Scholarships Outreach Request Form

Thank You for choosing Pima Community College to support your efforts in educating the public on financial aid and scholarships. We will try our best to accommodate your request as much as possible. Please take a moment to complete the following form. This allows us to prepare for your event and prevent overbooking our staff, in the event that we are unable to attend your event, we will work with you for future events or rescheduling if necessary.

Our outreach services are available during the periods listed below:

Spring 2024: Present day through June 30, 2024
Fall 2024: September 2, 2024 through December 13, 2024 (Request form not available yet)
Spring 2025: February 3, 2025 through June 30, 2025 (Request form not available yet)

Note: Our outreach services are not available in January, July nor August of each year due to the peak enrollment season at the start of the semester. Please plan accordingly!
